Learn to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your current program and mitigate risk exposures.

In Office Ergonomics For Managers & Supervisors, you’ll learn best practices and gain understanding of the gaps between where your company is now and where it needs to be. The course will help you create a prioritized and strategic approach to improving ergonomics in your workplace through self-assessment, group discussion, and live demonstrations.

You’ll leave with a comprehensive collection of handouts and information to get you started on your ergonomics improvement journey, to provide ongoing support to employees, and to begin building an internal ergonomics library that will allow employees to independently make workstation adjustments following ergonomic guidelines.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Benchmark ergonomics efforts against best practices.
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses in your current ergonomics process/program.
  • Teach management and executives the financial and health benefits of ergonomic interventions.
