Cancellation Policy

This notice of Cancellation Policies and Fees describes how ErgoFit Consulting, Inc. may charge a "No Show" or Cancellation Fee.

Our team is dedicated to delivering quality, value and exceptional customer service to you and your organization. With that in mind we understand that life happens and occasionally you will not be able to make an appointment. Below are the fees that may be applied:

A "No Show" is an appointment / service which is not used or is cancelled with less than 12 business hours prior to the appointment time. This fee is $50.00 + $80.00/hour for any associated travel + any additional expenses incurred prior to your appointment. Example; workshop materials, parking, travel accommodations, etc.    

A Cancellation is an appointment / service which is cancelled more than or equal to 12 business hours prior to the appointment time. This fee is $50.00 + any additional expenses incurred prior to your appointment. Example; workshop materials, parking, travel accommodations, etc.
